How long will it take for delivery of my order?

The Wetdreams book, Rundu Men calendars and DVDs are in stock and will be shipped immediately  via US Postal Standard Mail Service and takes 7 - 10 days. 

Please note:  Credit Card, Money Order and PayPal orders are shipped immediately.  Please allow an additional seven days for Online Check Orders.

Are there any extra shipping charges?
Domestic orders are shipped FREE via US standard mail (7 - 10 business days). There are no additional costs than what's clearly stated.

How do I order a Rundu eCard membership?
A Rundu eCard membership can be ordered directly from our eCard website by clicking here.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. We will ship your order directly to your gift recipient  at no extra charge.  Just include your gift recipient's name and address in the "Shipping Address" portion of the online order form. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept secure online credit card payments, toll-free 24/7 live operator telephone orders, Paypal orders and money orders.  We will soon have the capacity to accept secure online check orders.

Can I mail in a check?

Soon we will be able to accept checks via our secure online check feature. However, currently, money orders are accepted via mail.

How long does it take to receive Rundu prints?
Rundu prints are shipped within 14-18 days. If your print is for a gift, please let us know when you place your order so that we may expedite it as quickly as possible.

Do you have a Guarantee Policy?

Yes.  We value you as a customer and stand behind our Rundu products 100%.  If you receive a damaged product through the mail, just return it to us within 10 days of receipt and we will replace it or give you a full refund.

Do you accept International Orders?
Yes. International ordering information is included under the different payment methods. Please add $9.50 (Canada) and $16.50 (other International) to order total and 10 days delivery time.

Rundu Giclee Canvas Prints Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a Giclee print?

Giclee is a French term for the process of making fine art prints.  Well crafted Giclee printmaking produces the highest possible reproduction quality obtained from the original film, digital or art source.  The incredible quality of a Giclee print has made it the new standard in the fine art industry and is utilized by renowned galleries, museums, photographers and artists the world over.  A Giclee is the closet replication of an original artwork available.

What is meant by Gallery Mounted?

Gallery Mount (also known as Gallery Wrap) derives its name from the way art is displayed in museums and galleries. The canvas edges are stretched around a wood frame and secured around the wood in the back. 

Will I have to get my image framed?

Though you can frame your gallery mounted canvas, it's  not necessary.  The canvas is ready to hang on the wall as soon as you receive it.  In fact, a sturdy wall hanging wire is already in place for you to hang your print.

Does the photographer sign the image?
Yes. Each image is hand signed on the back of the canvas by the photographer, Rundu. This ensures authenticity for a lifetime.  The limited edition print is signed and numbered.

Do You Provide a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes.  A Certificate of Authenticity is provided with each print. 

How are the prints shipped?
The prints are shipped flat in a well constructed shipping package via the  U.S. Postal service or UPS unless otherwise specified.  Pricing includes Gallery Mounting and your Rundu Sensual Canvas Collection Print will arrive stretched around an interior wood frame ready to hang.   Also, though we anticipate your print arriving in excellent condition, if damaged, you can return it for a replacement or full refund.

Do you sell prints to international buyers?

Yes.  Just like our other products, we sell our Rundu canvas prints all over the world.  There is a shipping fee for international buyers.  However, the pricing of our prints is the same.

Does free shipping include anywhere in the United States?
Yes. Free shipping include all 50 states as well as Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
 
What is the actual size of the print?
The image area is the exact size stated (16x20, 20x24, 24x36).  The actual canvas is larger to allow for stretching around the wood interior frame.

When placing my order, do I use the print name?
Yes. Under each order option, there is a space for you to type in the name of your print(s). Furthermore, if ordering by telephone, just tell the operator the print name(s).
 
What is the delivery time for prints?
Your Rundu Sensual Canvas Collection print is carefully produced on demand.  Please allow approximately 14-18 business days for delivery.
